NO PRICE CHANGES
For the seventh year in a row, Frogstar's ON-SITE support prices remain locked at $45 an hour.  Our web hosting rates have also stayed the same.  Keep in mind that Frogstar still offers our great personal support, and several new features like virus checking and SPAM filtering at no cost. 

HELP - HOME DELIVERY
January and February are typically the months when the media floods us all with self help commercials and fitness ads.  It's the time for personal resolutions and change.  In our industry, this can also apply to new computers, accessories and upgrades... or maybe just fixing that error message you've been ignoring since August.  Why not have one of the Frogstar on-site crew come visit you for an hour and fix your woes.  We can update or upgrade your Windows, check your virus protection status, and show you how to get the most out of your email software.  Even if nothing is wrong with your machine, you may want to learn more about instant message programs, or other new trends.  CD writers and DVDs are now the new toys all the neighbour's kids have.  Have you fallen behind?  We can even buy the equipment or upgrade parts and come install them with no product markup.

FREE FIXES - REFERRAL PROGRAM
During 2003, we're looking for new business, and we're asking you for help.  If you refer any new business to Frogstar, either in the areas of hosting, on-site support, or web design, we'll offer you incentives like free on-site support visits, or hosting discounts.  These deals apply to our at-home customers as well as our business clients.

BETTER WEB FORMS
If you use forms on your web site, why not let Frogstar spiff them up and make them pretty.  Newer technologies like ASP, can enhance the look and intelligence of your web forms.  This is a free service Frogstar offers to our hosting clients.

BEWARE OF THE DOMAIN STEALERS
Once again we want to alert our clients that the DOMAIN STEALERS are still out there.  Sneaky people that send out very official looking renewal notices asking for your domain payments; usually only about $39.  Please be advised that you should never pay anybody for your domain services except Frogstar.  Don't lose your domain to trickster con artists.
